How Returns Work

- 2Log into your account on the retailer's site
- 3Submit a return request or contact their customer service
- 4Ship the item back (if required) and wait for your refund
General Return Windows
Most retailers offer return windows of 14 to 90 days from the date of delivery, depending on the product category and retailer policy.
Common return windows by category:
- • General merchandise: 14–30 days
- • Beauty & Skincare: 14–30 days (unopened items typically required)
- • Electronics: 15–30 days
- • Toys & Games: 30 days
Always check the specific retailer's return policy before purchasing.
Common Return Reasons
Contact retailer for immediate replacement or refund
Photo evidence + contact retailer within 48 hrs recommended
Compare with listing description; contact retailer if significantly different
Many retailers do not accept returns on opened personal care products
Non-Receipt & Lost Packages
If you haven't received your package and the tracking shows it was delivered:
- • Check if someone else at your address accepted the delivery
- • Verify the shipping address is correct in your order confirmation
- • Wait 48 hours — delivery scans can sometimes be delayed
- • Contact the retailer within 14 calendar days of the delivery date (most retailers have a claim window)
- • Provide your order number and tracking information when contacting the retailer
