You may browse Aiora without an account. Creating an account is optional but allows you to set price alerts, save favorites, and receive personalized recommendations. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Price Alerts

Price alerts are notifications sent when a product's price meets your target
We do not guarantee that prices will reach your target or that alerts will be sent in real time
You can manage or delete your alerts at any time from your account settings
We reserve the right to limit the number of active alerts per user

5. Affiliate Disclosure

Aiora may earn affiliate commissions from qualifying purchases made through links on our site. When you click a retailer link and complete a purchase, we may receive a small percentage of the sale at no extra cost to you.

This does not affect our editorial integrity — we feature deals based on merit and relevance, not commission rates. Our team editorial reviews all highlighted deals independently.

6. Accuracy of Information

We strive for accuracy, but deal prices, availability, discounts, and product information may change without notice and may differ from what is displayed on Aiora. Always verify information on the retailer's website before making a purchase decision. Aiora is not responsible for discrepancies between our site and retailer sites.

7. Third-Party Links

Our site contains links to external retailer websites. These links are provided for your convenience. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the content, products, or services offered by third-party sites. Use third-party sites at your own risk.

8. User Conduct

When using Aiora, you agree not to:

Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our site without authorization
Misuse price alert functionality (e.g., spam, harassment)
Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent deal information
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Aiora — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Aiora or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Aiora is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Aiora is not liable for any purchases made through third-party retailers
We are not responsible for the accuracy of prices, product descriptions, or availability listed by retailers
We are not liable for any issues with orders, shipping, returns, refunds, or customer service from retailers
Any issues with orders, shipping, returns, or refunds should be directed to the respective retailer

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Aiora shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aiora, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Aiora at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Aiora after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Aiora if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that we reasonably believe is harmful to our platform or users. Upon termination, your right to use Aiora ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
